Specialist Disability Accommodation

Specialist Disability Accommodation (or SDA) facilities are comfortable homes for people with extreme functional impairments. These apartments are designed to cater to their special needs and ensure they can live as they want.

The SDA homes of Trusted Care Partners are furnished with fully-assistive technology for easy accessibility. You’ll find wide automated doors for wheelchairs, sensor lights in bathroom and kitchen, and electronic controls on the bedside among other features to aid the disabled. And our team maintains the system and provides technical support so that everything functions as intended.

These shared-living accommodation units enable people to live together and help each other. With SDA, disabled people are free from the limits imposed by a mainstream home. They can live life independently and achieve their personal goals.

We are a registered NDIS SDA provider. And we strive to provide all the facilities required by the specially-abled to take care of themselves, be a part of the community and enjoy the life on their terms.

And we also provide caring support professionals if required. Whether you need help with managing NDIS plan, coordinating the process of funding or accessing medical help, we will be with you. .

Supported Independent Living

Supported Independent Living (or SIL) plans are for people who need a caregiver to attend to their needs. Whether they suffer from mental disabilities or physical, our trained caregivers can take care of them.

Under SIL, Trusted Care Partners provides support professionals 24x7 or at fixed intervals as required. The aim is to help disabled people live as independently as possible. And assistants will be available for overnight assistance, during the weekends or only for outings as preferred.

We have different supported living and specialist accommodation facilities where people with disability can live together and build new friendships. They can cook meals together, play games and bond over mutual hobbies. And we will also provide care and assistance if someone prefers to live in his/her own home instead.

We are a registered NDIS SIL provider. And we provide all the support needed by the specially-abled to live a healthy, carefree life on their terms. Whether you need help with community participation, transportation or daily chores, we will take care of it.

And we can also assist with managing your NDIS plan and taking care of the funds.
